Looking for a safe combo, antipsychotic with 100 mg zoloft (sertraline) daily - slightly sensitive liver cannot take lithium or depakote (dizziness, low bp)?

Abilify (aripiprazole) both: Augments the antidepressant effect of zoloft and treats the psychosis. I would start there. Dose will need to be slightly lowered because zoloft can raise Abilify (aripiprazole) levels. I also find that it has very good results in ptsd. My Next Choice would be seroquel. Discuss dosing with your psychiatrist and make sure you are definitely not bipolar.
