Circulation: Cast will probably be removed at next appointment. If toes feel different in temperature and have different color than other foot, may be compromise in circulation. Then you should have cast removed right away.

Keep your appointmen: If the cast feel tight and your toes are discolored see you doctor asap. Try elevating your leg to see if the feeling of tight ness decreases. If it continues see your doctor.
