Depends: Statistically unlikely that lymphoma is the issue. Need the clinical context, the size of the nodes, etc. Follow-up with the ordering docs recommendations, and try not to worry.

Neck lymph nodes: Neck lymph nodes can be enlarged for many reasons: infections, inflammatory conditions, eczema, lymphoma and others. Diagnosis has to be made first. Lymphoma may not cause any symptoms other than enlarged painless lymph nodes. Sometimes patients with lymphoma experience "b" symptoms: fevers, fatigue, night sweats, itching, and weight loss. Please see your doctor for a diagnosis as soon as possible.
