Newly diagnosed with uctd my hands are swollen and raw feeling is this normal and anything i can do for it?

Uctd. .?: Undiferentiated connective tissue disease is a well determined group of symptoms and signs . Hand swelling could be part of the syndrome , but i don t read any other features , nor i could give a suggestion with a better description of what is happening in the hand . It is important to differentiate between joint effusion , synovioma, panniculitis or other causes.
