Positive ana test (1:320 speckled); low c3 component of 80 (c4 level of 18). symptoms were swollen/red knuckle and blister/cyst on only one finger. normal x-rays. cleared up with steroid but dry skin on knuckle still. also feeling somewhat fatigued?

Additional testing: Follow up testing including an ESR, repeat autoimmune panel with expanded testing and a CBC, diff, platelets is suggested. Please discuss with your Rheumatologist. Watch for signs of fever, weight loss, rash and joint pain.
