Depends: The ear drops are an unlikely cause of any diarrhea and the fact that tubes were recently placed is likely unrelated. Treat as you would anytime he gets the squirts. Keep him well hydrated, push apples, bananas and bland foods. As long as he can pee every 6 hours and seems stable, you can monitor at home. If he seems to be dwindling have him looked at.
