Yes: She should be evaluated by her pediatrician asap, to see if there is anything that can/should be done before she gets so dry as to need IV hydration.

Yes: Any diarrhea episode that lasts that long should prompt you to have her seen. She can certainly have an alternate virus, or a variant of rotavirus. She could need an iv, .
