Could talking sodium valporate ( epilim ) for past 30 yrs 500 mg twice daily cause enlarged liver?

POSSIBLE: Valproate is toxic to internal organs, and has caused pancreatitis, and liver abnormalities. This may or may not be explanation, as the liver can get enlarged due to alternative causes. Your doctor needs to get involved to pin down the answers, and get this stabilized.
