Hi, 4 weeks ago i was 68 kg today i weighed myself and was 65kg, i have a red rash and a tender abdomen which feels hard near my belly button, should i be concerned? i also have epilepsy and take sodium valproate?

I think you should be examined by your physician. Redness & tenderness around the navel may be due to cellulitis which requires treatment with systemic antibiotics. Sometimes inflammation complicating a small umbilical hernia is a cause of those symptoms.
