See a doctor ASAP: Whatever it may be, it "sounds" to me ;-) like something that should be evaluated. But whether it is in your head or in your head, check it out. Could be vascular, neurological, side-effect, even a growth. Could be easy to fix or not, but do check it out. Good luck!
