Not really.: Zyprexa (olanzapine) withdrawal can cause insomnia and recurrence of delusions and hallucinations. I have never encountered tinnitus as a specific withdrawal side-effect. Tinnitus is not a precursor to hearing voices but sometimes tinnitus is misinterpreted as auditory hallucinations.
