Tumor: In this situation if you have a persistent feeling that something is stuck in your throat, it may be a tumor. If you smoke, drink, have acid reflux you could be at additional risk. Please have this examined by and ear, nose and throat doctor who has the expertise and equipment to look beyond just looking at the back of your throat.

Throat/teeth: Probably coincidental concurrent problems. There's no way around this. You will have to see BOTH your Dentist and Physician for evaluation and treatment. Do not ignore either problem.
