Not really.: Ogilvie's is diagnosed per xrays and after ruling out other common causes of obstruction. You will need a complete workup including labs and imaging studies to further asses your problems. Contact your physician for further directions or if the symptoms get worse go to er.

Ogilvie syndrome: Your symptoms do not sound like ogilvie syndrome. That syndrome must be diagnosed by a physician in person. Also, you should certainly see a physician about your symptoms.
