Yes: When we have low red blood cells - or anemia - you can feel dizzy. You can also feel dizzy if your blood pressure is low. There are many other causes of dizziness too. It's a great thing to sort out with your doc.

Definitely: Low blood count is a major reason for fatigue and dizziness. It's can be easily confirmed with a blood test. If the blood test showed low blood count, you don't stop there but need to find out why your blood count is low. Good luck.
