Pancytopenia : There are a number of potential causes for what you describe as "anemia" or even "pancytopenia", which include cancers, enlarged spleen, lupus, medicines, infection. It sounds like your low blood count is causing symptoms, which means you may require iron pills or even blood transfusion. Need more info: Low blood cells is a very general comment. Low platelets can be by medication, autoimmune disorder, poor bone marrow function, liver disease. Fatigue has a HUGE differential diagnosis as does headaches and dizziness. I feel if doctors aren't giving u answers, they are not necessarily sure what is going on. suggestion is find Internal Med/Fam Med Doc that will take time to listen & examine data&u
