I always feel dizzy and low during the day when i've eaten.. my blood sugar can drop from 130mg/dl to as low as 50mg/dl?

Adjust insulin/food: Assuming you have type 1 dm, chronically low blood sugar means that you're over insulinizing for your specific requirements. Discuss with your doctor how to manage that. Make sure you're not just eating carbs. Mixed meals are best. If you're exercising, then go low, you may still need less insulin. Someone needs to go over your total care regimen with you in detail.
