Ask them: Some practices may actually advertise themselves as such so you should check out their websites, etc. You can also ask the doctor about their philosophy.

Why not DIY: If your looking for someone who would ignore a risky situation & let it proceed so your rigid birth plan could go forward, why look for a physician. There are plenty of hungry midwives out there who will honor your wishes. I pray for the child that your plan does not put him/her at risk of permanent disability or worse.
