Help what?: Fine for you to take supplemental vitamin d, as it is indeed a critical vitamin for numerous reasons, but not sure how that relates to your hand issues. You could possess a pinched nerve, you could have raynaud's or a hereditary tremor problem. You need to find causation for your hand complaints. Maybe see a neurologist or a hand specialist.
