I've been having pain in my left arm and a head aches, mainly in my left temple does this mean anything!

Thoughts...: We think of things like giant cell arteritis which can give you one-sided arm pain, headaches - it would also affect your vision. Pain you describe could also be radiating from your neck. Neck spasms could cause pain up the left side of head and then also can give you pain down the left arm.
