Osteopathic: If you see an osteopathic physician that uses manipulation you may be able to have treatment in the office that relieves your pain. Other physicians to consider include pain management specialists, and spine surgeons. The latter two may both perform i ejections which may help. I would first reccomendation conservative treatment with manipulation and physical therapy.

Spine Specialist: Recommend seeing a fellowship trained spine/pain specialist. Many times these doctors are rehab specialists as well.
