What causes tight chest pain, dizziness and shortness of breath during exercise in children. My 14 year old is experiencing this but she doesn't have asthma she also gets arm pain , palpitations and fatigue we have a family history of heart problems?
Clear EKG (6 times), Chest Xray, Echo, Stress Test, Endoscopy (small ulcer), Ultrasound - Still chest pain and shortness of breath, even hard to sleep. Worried it is still my heart. Lungs sound good. Really just tired of all pain.
