Chronic infection,: Inflammation, strangulation, obstruction, surgery complications etc may cause si rupture. You treat the main problem to prevent it from happening. Symptoms would include increasing abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever etc.Along with clinical findings, xrays and ct scans will detect the problem. Take care!
