I weighed myself at 7.5 stones 2 days ago and a month before at doctors at 7.5 i got a new scale its a digital one and it says i'm 7.1 is it wrong or have i lost that much in 2 days i feel fine and healthy is it just badly calibrated?

It is probably a calibration issue. Unless there is consistent loss of weight, then there is nothing to worry about.
