Yes: Pain across top of foot could be fracture or stress fracture. Other reasons could be ligament strain or tears (possible lisfranc ligament). Visit a pcp, imaging studies may be needed and off-loading to initially help with pain. Antiinflammatory medications may help as well. I hope this helps!

Could be : Tendonitis , stress fractures can happen without trauma. Nerve entrapment is also possible . X-ray needed to determine if fracture.
