Injury?: Most musculoskeletal problems resolve in time and relative rest. If your pain is affecting your ability to work or perform daily activities then go see your doc. A stronger anti-inflammatory or other meds may be helpful during your body's natural healing process. Physical therapy is also a good first treatment option.
