Would i need a second mri if my knee pain and leg stiffness does not respond to pt? i have morning stiffness that makes walking hard. i have to take diclofenac before i get out of bed. neg blood test. pt is not helping posterior knee pain?

You should be re-evaluated by orthopedics to let them know that physical therapy is not helping, especially if the physical therapists think it should be better by now. If orthopedics does not find the reason for the continued pain, rheumatology can be consulted to see if there is anything they can add. Orthopedics may want another MRI if they are unable to diagnose the issue. Good luck!
