Seems unlikley: While semen can irritate the cornea and conjunctiva, it is unlikely to cause other eye problems from contact.

Completely irrelevan: Iritis is an inflammation of the internal structures of the eye. While a sever case of corneal ulcer may cause a secondary iritis, the primary cause is clearly obvious. A normally ph balanced bodily fluid such as semen, is extremely unlikely to cause any issues!
