I am 30 weeks an just found i out that i have to much amniotic fluid an there is some fluid around his brain what couldve caused this ?

Depends: Sometimes fluid level is high for no reason, sometimes it's related to diabetes, infection, birth defect, etc. I'm not sure what to make out of "fluid around brain" without looking at the images. Your doctor should be able to elaborate on this.
