Adult Neck Mass: If you can feel a bump in your neck externally, it is worth seeing an ENT doctor. Most commonly, these are benign enlarged lymph nodes (especially if soft and long-standing). A lump in an adult can be a sign of a more serious medical condition, which can be evaluated with clinical exam and a fine needle aspiration biopsy.
