Blisters: Blisters on your foreskin may be due to a herpes infection -- see your primary care doctor for an evaluation and possibly a viral culture -- avoid sexual intercourse until seen!

See a doctor: Blisters that do not heal might be herpes, contact dermatitis from something you are washing with or a condom or from a birth control cream your sexual partner is using. Without seeing these it is difficult to be sure, but you should be tested for sexually transmitted disease.
