Hi over the past couple of weeks i have had pain in my left pectorial muscle or under rib, not sure. it hurts when i touch it or breathe any ideas?

Likely from muscle : Strain, rib pain, pleurisy/inflamed lining of the lung from a viral infection, bronchitis etc. Motrin or aleve (naproxen) may help.Go see your dr to be sure it's not the heart. Take care!
