No evidence for HCG: There is absolutely no evidence supporting HCG & weight loss - the weight loss comes from the 500-calories daily, nearly starvation. There is a small amount of data supporting a sense of well-being and reportedly less hunger and hair loss temporarily. Most people do lose their hair and regain the weight. Hcg raises bad cholesterol & estrogen levels - increasing cancer & heart disease risk. Scam.
