My blood pressure is usually normal when im active..walking..playing basketball. my blood pressure right after is 140s over 90s. i wait a little and take it again and its in the normal range. should i be worried if the bottom number is in the 90s?

Yes but first check that you are following AHA guidelines when you take it and your machine is accurate on you. Take to Dr to validate. Always sit in chair 5 min Use highest BP arm Use correct cuff size Put cuff on correctly Place arm so cuff is at heart level Take 3 readings and average. Take in am before any meds. Show to Dr Move to DASH eating plan to lower your BP unless average is < 120
