Anemia: You need to get rechecked . Probably doing nothing wrong, Need to figure out why you are anemic.

Anemia : Anemia means red blood cells are lower than normal; sometimes low in number or volume, sometimes low in hemoglobin (the oxygen carrying protein.) There are many causes of anemia besides menstrual bleeding & iron deficiency. Clues to the cause of anemia can be gathered by careful history & review of the lab data.
