In my d& c yesterday they removed 2 polyps which had grown from each sude of the uterus and had joins in middle. is this why i couldn't conceive?

Yes I am sure: Your doc who removed them spoke with you about that if he or she didnt then u need to ask them when u come back for your post-op check, and sometimes you can have that and another reason, so you need to ask them if anything else needs to be checked before you try.
