Unlikely: If it is a urine test and you are not a habitual user. I assume you are referring to marijuana. Thc will be detectable for about 13 days in the urine for a recreational one time use. If there is chronic use, there have been reported positive tests for as long as 90 days from last use. If it is a hair test though, it will be detected until you cut the hair from the exposure time.
