Going to doctor: Not without your consent or under court order. Drug screening is not a part of almost any normal visit with the doctor. But, given that, i really hope you feel safe enough to discuss all things with your physician. You have the bright to request parents not be there for any or all of the visit.

Yes: Physicians will order appropriate indicated tests, so drug tests are a possibility. Some physicals require it while other do not. Watching the test is not common, but testing techniques make altering the sample rather easy to detect. Concern for a drug test should not keep you from a doctor physical especially at your young age. Your drug use should be disclosed and discussed to ensure your health
