No cure: In most cases of iridocyclitits, the cause remains unknown. If you have had repeated bouts, you need an evaluation to see a reason can be found. Discuss this with your ophthalmologist.

Uveitis treatments: Initial treatments for uveitis are topical steroids. Other immune supressants may be necessary. Recurrent episodes may require rheumatologic evaluation / testing and, depending on results possible systemic immunosupression.
