After eating sometimes i get intense stomach pains, gas and diarrhea. there is usually no common thread among ingredients of the meal. what is this?

Could be inflammatory bowel, parasites, celiac sprue, adhesions, partial bowel obstruction, other. You need to see a doc to figure it out. Bring a diet diary, with symptoms-it may help.

Intolerance: Likely an intolerance to something. Common things: lactose, casein (milk protein, gluten (wheat protein). Other possibilities are irritable bowel syndrome, gallbladder disease and, less commonly, malabsorption syndromes.
