Can't tell here C MD: Don't know any details about you. Depends on location of pain, type of pain, past medical and/or surgical history, sex, nature of diarrhea, frequency, other symptoms. Could be inflammatory bowel, parasites, celiac sprue, adhesions, partial bowel obstruction, other. You need to see a doc to figure it out. Bring a diet diary, with symptoms-it may help.

Intolerance: Likely an intolerance to something. Common things: lactose, casein (milk protein, gluten (wheat protein). Other possibilities are irritable bowel syndrome, gallbladder disease and, less commonly, malabsorption syndromes.
