Yes,: Headache, nausea, vomiting, slow pulse, vision difficulty are signs of brain injury. But if you did not lose consciousness, chance of brain injury is remote, although possible. If you develop any of these symptoms, get to emergency dept immediately.

Head Injury: A head injury that is dangerous leads to either passing out or being 'out of it' (somnolent) and to nausea and vomiting. If you get past 24 hours without nausea and or vomiting then in most cases you will be fine.
