Symptoms: You shouldn't be scared. You should stay off cigarettes. You should get regular aerobic and some weight exercise to help your exercise capacity. One cup of coffee daily shouldn't be a problem. If you don't notice some improvement after 3mo. of regular exercise(at least 1/2 hr aerobic daily) see your Doc to see if something additional is going on.
