Depends: Depends on the situation of the tooth and the skill of the surgeon. Otherwise, you will feel a space after the tooth is gone. Generally there is nothing to be concerned about. Get a good night sleep, let the dentist use local anesthetic, and follow the post operative instructions & do not smoke !
