Abnormal: Was this test before eating or after? If it was before eating, you likely have diabetes. If it was done after eating you have impaired glucose tolerance. You should get a hba1c level done, but you definitely need to start watching your diet in terms of concentrated sweets. If you are overweight, you need to lose weight.
