Probably: It would be unlikely to develop an allergic reaction from touching another person who has been taking an antibiotic that a person is sensitive to. With that said, there could be enough haptenated penicillin metabolites in bodily secretions to trigger a reaction in a highly allergic person. In other words, closed mouth kissing should be safe.
