Malaria tablets: Potentially any. There isn't an association between penicillin allergy and allergy to any malaria medication, whether it is for prevention or treatment. The two antibiotics used for malaria are tetracycline and sulfonamides, but these are not related to penicillin and do not have cross-sensitivity to it.

Any of them: None of them are penicillins.

It depends.: only 10 Of 100 people who claim to be allergic to penicillin really are. Amoxicillin can cause a rash directly. Reaction to an IM injection does not prove allergy. A reaction to penicillin tablets or IV infusion suggests allergy. Most other antibiotics and certain cephalosporins are safe. Not sure - see an allergist/immunologist.
