Lower expectations: It's not reasonable to expect to lose 5# a week. 1-2 # a week is as fast as you should lose. Exercise an hour a day. Eat small meals several times a day. Some people do better with low carb/high protein, others do better with slightly higher fats (monounsaturated mostly). You might have to experiment. You may be drinking too much water. For your size, 80-100 oz a day is enough.

Your goal weight : loss rate is too steep to be healthy. Try setting goal for 1 up to max of 2 lbs per week average. Insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Aim for 8 hrs of sleep & at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit /day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid soda, alcohol & junk carbs. Get mix of cardio & weight lifting exercises.
