Cocoa: Cocoa during pregnancy, for the most part, is ok if taken in moderation. Cocoa tends to have a small amount of caffeine, which can cross the placenta and increase the baby's heart rate, blood pressure, and affect the absorption and use of iron, calcium, and magnesium. So large amounts can affect the baby's health. I would try and limit your caffeine intake and maybe cut back on the cocoa to 1-2/d
