Get this checked: Even if no bleeding, this kind of injury can result in a ruptured eardrum. It could be just stunned, but you should have this examined because traumatic eardrum ruptures don't usually heal well on there own if large or centrally located.

Perhaps: Maybe, but you should have an exam by ENT doc to make sure no ear or other damage.
