A member asked:

My problem is my tension. whenever i get tensed in any situation i get extremely dizzy and nauseous. what is wrong with me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hyperventilation: Too rapid breathing when tense will cause changes in your blood pressure, pulse and vagus nerve responses sometimes causing nausea and dizziness as you breathe off carbon dioxide. Try slowing down your breathing or breathing into a paper bag. Investigate stress reduction techniques like exercise, yoga, tai chi, and meditation.
