Severe dizzy/ nausea: There are many reasons a 65yo can have sudden severe dizziness and mild nausea. It could be positional vertigo or vestibular neuronitis. Mild stroke is also a possibility. The risk depends on underlying medical conditions. Check with your primary doctor or local ent.
